Making "Select Staff" NOT optional

Hello- I am hoping to make the "Select Staff" drop down on the Bookings page mandatory, meaning that the customer has to select a staff member and can not select the "Anyone" default option. 

How can I go about doing this?

Good day to you.

From your description, I did some tests. Actually. it isn't feasible that force the customer to select a staff member by the method about cancelling the "Select Staff" optional. However, as far as I know, there would must be an staff assigned to the customer even thought they choose "anyone". Therefore, may I know what your requirement about that so that we can help you to check if there is any workaround?

Besides, I also agree your thought and it is recommended that you post your requirement in UserVoice. Our dedicated engineers will design and improve the product follow user's though and actual situation. Any feedback is important to us.
