How to Stop Windows Backup Feature not available portable workstation environment

I have searched Google for an up to date answer for this but most seem to indicate Win 7and Win 8. This is happening on Win 10. No matter what I do I can't get rid of this notification. It continues to re-appear.
I turned Windows backup off as I use a third party program to do backup... no effect.
I tried this:
Follow these steps to delete the Windows To Go registry value:
Open regedit.exe
Browse to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control
Delete this value: PortableOperatingSystem
Tried this but there is no such entry.
There seems to be no recent answer relating to Win 10 or how to resolve it.
My system is working fine but this is just annoying.

It is off by default and you may turn it on when needed. -

2021-08-10T22:47:04.927+00:00 No, not referring to file history. Shortly after I turn the computer on and then a couple of times during the day or night I get an icon appear in the taskbar and when I click on it a small notification screen appears which says ' Windows Backup - This feature is not available in a portable working environment'. When I click 'OK' it disappears but reappears some hours later. Windows Backup is turned 'Off' I have googled the text and tried every solution with the exception of changing anything in the registry to try and stop the notification, so far without success.

2021-08-11T14:49:34.547+00:00 Try open start and go to Settings and go to Update & Security->Backup and select Go to Backup and Restore (Windows 7) and you might need to change and disable this setting.

2021-08-11T21:02:54.617+00:00 Thanks. I have done that and it worked as the article said it would. I will give it 2 days and report back if it was successful, which I feel it will be. Many thanks, it's unfortunate the answer wasn't more easily accessible.
