Error Code 30029-1007(0)

I am trying to download Office 2019 after getting a key through the MS Volume Licensing Service Center.  I understand that you can't download Office 2019 directly from the VLSC but need to use the Office Download Tool.  However, download the ODT and pasting in the key to the sample configuration.xml file for Office 2019 I keep getting the error code 300029-1007(0) and I can't download the programme.  Can anyone help?

    I have collected a bunch of error codes and documented fixes in this article:

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/office/forum/office_365hp-office_install/office-36520132016-code-0-to-32-part-1-of-3/3e90f480-1b9d-4ead-91c7-f2284c5d2ed3

    Click on the link under the section "Code 30000 to 30099-#" then search for your error code.

    FYI: you are not using the "relative path" mentioned in this fix.

    The other part of the error message mentions

    "Is your internet connection working?"

    This is misleading. It is not referring to a full breakdown of your internet connection. Office install is VERY FUSSY about network connections, so some corporate network settings can cause Office install to fail with this sort of error.

    Take a look at this article for a generic collection of "network connection related" errors and fixes. See if any of them apply to your network

    “Network Connection” / "Network Related" fixes collected all in one place

    I am part of a small charity and obtained the licence from Charity Digital Exchange in the UK.  I am following the instructions on https://www.charitydigitalexchange.org/node/8730 including the script for Office Standard 2019 (64-bit)

    <?xml version="1.0"?>

    -<Configuration>

    <Info Description="Office Standard 2019 (64-bit)"/>

    -<Add SourcePath="C:\OfficeSetup" Channel="PerpetualVL2019" OfficeClientEdition="64">

    -<Product PIDKEY="#####-#####-#####-#####-#####" ID="Standard2019Volume">

    <Language ID="en-us"/>

    </Product>

    </Add>

    <RemoveMSI/>

    <Display AcceptEULA="TRUE" Level="Full"/>

    </Configuration>

    Thanks for the previous response and link for the Windows 10 System File Checker but I am still getting the same error message.  I notice that in some of the threads on this topic it refers to relative file paths as a possible source of errors but I am not sure about how this works and if this could be an issue in this case.

    Regards

    Tom
