Booking Error Code

Hello,

I keep getting this error when trying to set up my bookings. I did install the new edge and tried from there, but same error message.

Microsoft 365 and Office | Subscription, account, billing | For home | Windows

    Hi Joey,

    So I just discovered I am having the same issue on the app on my iPhone 8. Thus, it cannot be my operating systems i.e. desktop, phone, search engines. It appears as though I's on Microsoft or my account end.

    Hi TeriSherron,

    Thanks for your reply and sorry for my late feedback since I am out of office a few days.

    We have checked the log you provided. As we can see there are many error "500", the issue is more likely to associate to the server. To certain reason, I send the message about next message in Privacy Message. Please check it at your convenience.

    Hi Teri Sherron,

    Welcome to post in the community.

    Based on your current situation, to exclude the issue associate to the browser, you first can try to use the other browsers to check if it is workable. If the issue persists, we'd like to collect network log to further check. please refer to the steps below to export the log (for example as Edge):

    1. Stay Services page.
    2. Click F12.

    3 Set up your bookings until the issue appear.

    1. Export the log as .HAR file like the screenshot below. We'll collect the log in Private Message.
