SendGrid Account Issue

Hello. Our company lost control over an active SendGrid account.

When we try to log in, the system asks us to switch on Two Factor Authentification. Selecting the Text messages(SMS) option sends us to step #2 (Configure).
Then, when we choose Australia(+61) and enter 9 digit number, the system fires a "Invalid phone number" error message.

We contacted SendGrid Technical Support Team and they said that the account needs to be unlocked by Azure. Also, they provided an Azure-specific username.
I don't want to post the account details because of security concerns.

The question is: "What can we do about this or how can we contact Azure technical support without subscribing to a support plan?"
