Hi,
I'm using Microsoft Graph API to add users in to Azure AD B2C tenant. I follow the example 2 of following link.
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/user-post-users?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=http
I set all necessary parameters but API returns an error. Please see following screenshot for the error.

Is the tenant id in your code Azure ad b2c tenant id?

After researching for hours, finally I found the solution. I submitted as a json rather than using the method provided by PHP SDK. Working code is as follows.

The /users endpoint you are currently using is to create a work account instead of inviting users. If you are inviting users, you should use the /invitations endpoint. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/invitation-post?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=http

I even set all the parameters according to the Microsoft Graph documentation for creating a user in Azure B2C. I'm not sure what I'm missing here.
I think it may be the reason for the code, can you use Graph Explorer to create b2c users?
I tried the Graph Explorer, But I get the following error.

I even tried the Graph Explorer and seems no luck.
I need to create B2C users and the emails (Issuer Id) will be different person to person. Could there be something wrong in the API or is there any other way I need to try out?

Did you log in with an Azure ad b2c administrator account?
Yes. I have logged in from the b2c administrator account. And that is the account I used to create the Azure B2C tenant.
Sorry, I still have to confirm, is the domain you hidden and the domain of issuerAssignedId and issuer the same? They must be consistent.

No it is not the same. I have used the account which I created the Azure B2C tenant which is the administrator account.
However my requirement is to add external users in the Azure B2C whom they will have different emails as the Issuer Id. E.g: testpd@Stuff .com, test@réalisations .com, test12@Karima ben .com

I don't want to send invitations. But just create users. I'm sharing you the following screenshots of the network tab where I can create Azure B2C user.
My question is, when I create the b2c user from the Azure UI, it creates. But not when I do it programmatically.
