Cannot access created microsoft form.

Hello,

I have created an account with O365 using my work email address (I work in a Primary school and need information from parents). I've been told the best way to do this is to use Microsoft forms.

I've already created my form and sent the link to my colleagues to test out and worked fine.

I tried to log into my account today and it got locked so I followed the procedure to unlock my account - reset my password 3 times!

I managed to log on fine, and I tried to send the form to my colleagues again but the following message comes up:

When I spoke to customer service, they told me that my account is active and that it should work. I really need this form to work as it took me a very long time to create it so I would prefer to not have to re-create it again!!

I've also tried to follow steps by going to Office 365 admin, but I can't seem to find the links that will take me to the phishing protection.

Can someone please help?

    Hi LyraSemsedini,

Got it, thanks. Then, someone from that IT Department of that Local Authority is the Global Admin. All Microsoft Cloud services (Office365, OneDrive, Teams, etc.), when initially set up to purchase any subscription, automatically create a tenant with an assigned Global Admin account.

If that fails, then I suggest in touch with Microsoft Support below, as they may be able to find a way in the back end. Otherwise, you'll have to create another form.

I hope I was able to provide some light on the matter. Thank you!

    Sincerely,

    Paul A.

    Hi Paul,

While I created the account, I used my work email and which was created by the IT department at the Local Authority, so I don't think there is a Global Admin in this particular case.

    Thanks,

    Lyra

    Hi LyraSemsedini,

I'm Paul, a fellow customer like you & an Independent Advisor. The form is tagged as phishing & was automatically blocked, by design. If you're the Global Admin who created this account, then you can try this link below to fix that issue. Otherwise, contact your Global Admin to get that unblocked.

I hope this helps. Let me know how you go. Thank you!

    Sincerely,

    Paul A.
