Does Azure offer a service like Google's Cloud SQL proxy

Hi community,

We are in the process of mapping out our options for setting up a new webshop which needs various integrations. The IT partner, who is piecing the solution together is not too familiar with Azure but the setup will need an SQL proxy for the setup. Does anyone of you know if Azure offers a similar solution as Google's Cloud SQL proxy?

I think from a quick look at Cloud Proxy that the Private Link option for Azure SQL Database might be the closest.
