How to solve this issue? showing only processing. Mine is new laptop Asus vivobook

    Hi Ramesh,

    Thanks for posting in our community.

    As your description, Excel is stuck processing. It could be caused by many reasons, we apologize for the inconvenience and now I will help you solve the problem for you step by step.

    1.     Try to start Excel in safe mode.

    Press Win + R and type Excel /safe dialog box.

    If problem do not happen in safe mode please try to disable the add-ins

    If problem persists, please try the following steps.

    2.    Try to restart your PC and close some useless processes.

    3.    Please update Office refer to Office Updates.

    4.   Try to repair the Excel.

    You can Right-click the Start button, and select Apps and Features on the pop-up menu.

    Then select the Microsoft Office and select Modify.  You can select Online Repair > Repair to make sure everything gets fixed.

    If these suggestions do not work, please give us your Office version.

    You can find it by clicking File > Account > Product Information. Please capture a screenshot of the entire information under Product Information.
