Bulk edit doesn't work in grid view

If you try to drag a field value down a library page to update the value, the page doesn't scroll. This has never worked properly but I just noticed it again. When it will be fixed? I need to stop my company asking me why we're paying for something that doesn't work as promised.

    You have more "resources" than me, I guarantee - I'm knee deep in bugs and problems this platform causes. And trust me, if I submit a service request it will "take long time to get feedback," too. If you can reproduce a problem, you should have a direct line to get it looked at instead of making paying customers waste their time.

    If you can reproduce it, you should be escalating it. Otherwise, what's the point of this forum?

    We totally understand it. However, we have limited resources to report to the develop team directly and the whole process will take long time to get feedback, that’s the reason we request you contact them via raising the support ticket in admin center. Appreciate your understanding.

    Sorry for the trouble caused at your end.

    Per your description provided, we understand your concern and when we tested at our end by dragging the field in the Grid View of the Site Pages, I can reproduce the same behavior as you mentioned where we can’t scroll down the page.

    I have tested this behavior in both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome browsers, where I can repro the problem irrespective of the browser and also I can see the same behavior for updating the values by dragging in the Grid view for Libraries/Lists as well.

    I understand the inconvenience caused by it and I request you contact the SharePoint Developer team to report the problem directly who have enough resource for further investigation. Reference article for contacting the developer team.

    In addition, as a workaround, you can drag until the end of the page and scroll down the page for updating the rest items by dragging. I understand it’s still inconvenient and we are sorry for it.
