Editing and converting to pdf in Sharepoint

Hello ,

Can we convert to pdf in SharePoint and also can we edit Without word, Excel and PowerPoint.

    Dear Amrutha,

    In SharePoint Online, you can use Power Automate to automatically convert Excel files, Word files and PowerPoint files to PDF files as follows.

    After converting the files to PDF files, you may use the Adobe Document Cloud PDF Experience for Office 365 add-in for SharePoint Online to edit PDF files.

    Without using  Word, Excel, PowerPoint documents in SharePoint How can you convert to pdf  ?

    Dear Amrutha,

    Thanks for your updates.

    The conversion of the files is via a flow in Power Automate above not via the Office applications. As you are using SharePoint Online and Power Automate, you can convert it via a flow.
