OWA User Profile's Picture Not Showing Externaly

Hello All,

I added a picture to my owa profile and it shows when i send emails internally "it showed to the recipient" but when i send an email to external recipient it does not showing. how can i make my owa profile picture showing to external recipient? the following figure is from my Hotmail:

the following shows no picture in my Hotmail account:

    You can't.

    Exchange User Pictures are stored internally only. Outlook merely resolves the reference for the picture of other internal users. The user pictures are not sent with the email itself.

    When an external recipient creates a contact with an image in their Contacts folder, then that picture wil show up when they receive an email from that contact.

    Exchange online user photo can only show within your tenant, it cannot be see by external users or other tenant user. If will show as a Microsoft logo for external users:
