Excel Options Menu is missing

The Options menu under the files tab is missing in my Excel software and I am not sure how to fix it. Attached here is a screenshot for the same. Any help is welcome. I have tried (1) repairing Office, (2) Uninstalled and reinstalled it. But that has been of no use, unfortunately.

    You get to <Options> by first clicking on <More> as shown in the attached screenshot

    Click the More at the bottom of the File menu, Option should be the second choice at the top of the sub menu.
