Hi Vojtech,

Thank you for posting your question in this community. From your description, it seems that you are try to connect with a OneDrive flow connector with your school account in Power automate, but you get a “account doesn’t exist” error when you sign in with your school account.

Based on my research and findings, I suggest you can check what kind of OneDrive connector you are try to sign in and connect, either OneDrive or OneDrive for business.

If you need to connect with your OneDrive for business of your school account, make sure the connector you are using is “OneDrive for business” connector not OneDrive.

Here is a related thread about MS Account Doesn't Exist when signing into OneDrive I found in Power Automate community, you can check Barry’s reply for more details information.

Additionally, because this forum is majorly focusing on the built-in feature of OneDrive service. If the problem still exists, I suggest you can also raise this question inMicrosoft Power Automate communityfor the flow connection query. As the related Power Automate support team can also provide more professional suggestion about this scenario. Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,

Dihao
