How to create a folder template in SharePointonline modern library?

Hi,

I would like to create a drop down folder template from the New button in a SharePoint Library so as to create a uniform approach to folder creation.

I would like to create a folder with two other sub folders and have it sit in the New menu for users to select.

The only way I have discovered to achieve this ootb is to create a folder and then use the copy to function - copy to the current library and then rename the folder. This is not the ideal option, does anyone have suggestions?

    According to our research and tests, we are sorry that there are not other out of box ways to achieve your idea.

    However, we found you may try to first create a SharePoint List then use Power Automate to create the folder template in SharePoint online modern library. Like shown below:
