Error code: 1007 when opening a document

When I try to open a document I get this

Microsoft 365 and Office | Word | For home | Windows

    ya gee thanks, i have the same problem and yes you can access the document but I need to open word in a browser and then be able to access/ edit documents that i have previously created with out having to go to my one drive.

    How are you trying to access the document, specifically?

    Good day! I'm Raniel, an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you.

    Kindy go to https://onedrive.live.com/ and see if you'll be able to access the document.

    You may also save the document in a new file, upload it, then try to open the document again.
