Azure Domain DNS and other Setting Don't "Stick"

Question

I set up a new Azure Domain, first task after was to update the DNS setting... rather strange as it would seem if they know this needs to be done and the tool knows how to "Fix" it, why doesn't it just do it?.... but in any case, even after the tool claims to fix it, it remains unfixed. I tried entering the numbers manually, still indicates unfixed.

Also, tried changing security settings to disable NTLM, force TLS 1.2, etc... all the settings say they save, but the next time I go to the screen they are back to default.
I am the only admin, only IT employee. No one else could possible be changing these settings.
