I have 2 Visio org charts that I created yesterday (Visio 2016). When I try to manipulate them today, neither of them recognize as organizational charts. I click on a supervisory box, try to rearrange the layout and get an error that the box is not Supervisory. I also can't hide the subordinates anymore. I tried refreshing the data but that did not help. It's not recognizing any of the boxes as organization chart shapes. Even though, when I click on the shape it identifies the type of shape it is.

I have discovered that the functionality is lost after the document is saved and closed. Everything works fine up to that point. What would cause that?
