Error Code 80180014

Question

Hi,

When trying to sign into my university microsoft account I get the 80180014 error code.  This happens when trying to sign into apps such as outlook and teams.

I also keep getting kicked off my university Eduroam Wifi, and signed out of my google accounts on chrome. This only happens on my laptop (maybe since the last update?). My android smart phone has no problems.

I apologize for all the trouble it has caused and sorry about your time.

As per your error message, this error occurs when you add your work/school account to Windows and cannot enroll your device to Azure AD. In this case, the account provided by the School/company should be enabled to work on personal computers(laptop) related to enrollment restrictions.

 You may need to contact the admins of the Office 365 tenant for help. In this article: Troubleshoot Windows device enrollment problems in Microsoft Intune. We can know that the reason of this error code is Windows MDM enrollment is disabled in your Intune tenant and need admin change the settings in the Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center.
