Please build this SLN file for me

I don't know if this is not in the rules but am in a hurry to make this question

so basically i don't have the space atm to install visual studio and i can't build it. I'll admit i have zero experience and only onced used it once, i asked for helped in discord but i don't think no one wants to help me there. I tried facebook but its not allowed they said to ask someone to write for someone there so it leaves me one option left is to ask for help in this forums. theres a 99.99 change this might deleted but its worth a try
