Local server to sync with sharepoint online users

Hello! We have a local server where we create files for each job. Our project management team uploads blueprints and other job-related files onto our local server and then has to also upload the documents onto OneDrive for our field supervisors to access as well. With so many updated documents it really is a nightmare and leaves a lot of wiggle room for error. What is the best way to sync files from our local server to become accessible to the field staff ( who do not have access to our local server, but do have Microsoft 365 basic business license.) so our project management team can upload each document only one time, in one place and everyone can stay up to speed?!
We want to be able to keep our local server as our main file location - but make some files sync for field use.

Thank you in advance for your time and knowledge!!

    Hi @Jackie S ,

You could try to map a network drive to a SharePoint Online library as a workaround. Then you could upload your documents to the network drive, and field staff they could get these document in SharePoint Online library.

1.Copy your SharePoint Online library like: https://xxx.sharepoint.com/sites/xxxx/xxxxx

2.Add the SharePoint document library to Trusted Sites in Internet Explorer.

3.Right-click the Network folder > select Map network drive > Connect to a web site that you can use to store your documents and pictures > paste the address you copied

For Reference: Map a network drive to a SharePoint library
