We have a SharePoint site where people in the Visitors Permissions group are seeing a custom image122063-eoteamscreen.png in the suite bar. Do you know how we can remove that?

They said changing their profile has no effect:

It is only people in the Visitors group. If the Administrators upgrade people’s permissions to a Member, they no longer see it

FYI, the screenshot is mine, and since I am an owner, I don't see the custom image

    Hi @Wolfe, Thomas
To solve the issue, please go to Microsoft Admin Center> settings> org setting> organization profile> custom theme

If there are other themes except Default theme, delete them and retain “Default theme

Choose “Default theme” and select “Prevent users from overriding their theme”, save.

Then the suite bar will become solid color like black or red and the custom theme will disappear.
