Visio Data Visualizer - Excel Add-In

Question

Win-10, Web filter disabled.

Getting this error code on 3 machines on a domain network trying to install this add-in. Office 365 E3. First question on forum.

Went to MS support page and nothing helpful.

ADD-IN ERROR We can't start this add-in because it isn't set up properly.

What version of Excel did you use?
I suggest you check if your Excel version is supported by this add-in:

*- Excel 2016 or later on Windows

• Excel on Mac (Microsoft 365)
• Excel on Windows (Microsoft 365)
• Excel on the web
  *
