    Hi AbdulmajeedSV,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Based on your description, it seems like you want to show the ID column in the first column as a signal title. Let me know if I made a misunderstanding and share me with more details about your demand. Also, kindly have a check with following steps and see if they help.

1.After opening the list you want to modify, click Add column > Show/hide columns if you want to show the ID column(which you may have already done).

2.Click the upward icon called 'Move column up' besides the ID section. Move it up to the top of the list and click Apply.

3.Now the ID column should be in the first column and you will be able to sort the ID column from smaller to lager or lager to smaller.

If I had a wrong understanding with the situation on your scenario, kindly share me with more details like a screenshot with the current SharePoint form for a better understanding. Appreciate your patience and I will try my best to offer any further support in here.

    Best Regards,

    Mia

    Hi,

    Thanks for posting back.

Based on the test, we are able to adjust the sequence of columns but default ID column doesn't show up in the New > Edit columns so that it is not able to move it to the top.

As this is a feature limitation for the basic function of SharePoint Online, you can seek more help with Power Apps as there has the button called Customize with Power Apps. Also, you can use JSON via Configure layout. Here is the official article and hope it could help with showing the ID number in the Hearder: Configure the list form | Microsoft Docs.

Here are some thread with similar demand I found in the related community and for your reference:

1.Solved: SharePoint Online List ID with incremental number - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

2.sharepoint - How to append an ID value of a list element to a link with .json? - Stack Overflow

3.Solved: Sharepoint Integration list ID formula not returni... - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

Appreciate your understanding and hope your demand could get more professional and appropriate support on the related forum as engineers here have limited resources with developed settings with SharePoint Online.

    Best Regards,

    Mia

    Dear Mia,

    Thank you for your time,

Dear Mia, Thank you for your time, I try out the Power Apps it's actually a good solution but i don't want to change the form design just need to display the Item ID on Header.

The JSON for custom header its seems a great for me but i don't know how to use it :(

    Thank you.
