I have used OneNote for a long time, but this is the first time this has happened to me. I am attempting to print a PDF to OneNote and it seems like OneNote is not responding. OneNote usually automatically opens up and I select the notebook I want the PDF to print to, but it's just stuck in the printer queue... I have shut down and restarted my computer but I am still having the same issue. Is there a way I can fix this?

Bernd,
Thank you for your advice. I have tried clearing the queue as well and tried again for good measure and it did not help solve the problem. Do you have any other suggestions?
Hi Sarah,
Based on the screenshot, it seems the issue you encountered is related to OneNote 2016. Therefore, I recommend you try to print to OneNote for Windows 10 to check the result.
And in case the issue is related to a certain file, try to print another file to see if it makes any difference.
Best regards,
Madoc
Hi Madoc Huang,
Thank you for your reply. I tried printing the same document with One Note for Windows 10 as you suggested and it still didn't work. I printed another PDF document as you suggested and it did work. It also worked when I printed it to OneNote (Desktop) as this is the way I am used to. Even if they're both PDFs, do you know why one of the documents is unable to print to OneNote?
Can you print the ominous PDF to a real printer ?
Maybe printing is not allowed ...
