    Hi Mela,

Thanks for your feedback and efforts. So this issue is not related to browser, to further figure out what might cause it, please collect the network debug log and offer it to me in private message for further analysis.

    Kind Regards,

    Betty

    Hi Betty,

Thanks yo very much for you Answerer.

I do according your suggestion fallowing test's:

    • Try with another Browser

Google Chrome on the same Laptop: same result

MS IE on the same Laptop: same result

MS Edge trough a Server where  never access this Site: same result

MS IE trough a Server where  never access this Site: same result

MS Edge (Private Mode) trough a Server where  never access this Site: same result

MS Edge (Private Mode with another Global Account) trough a Server where  never access this Site: same result

It looks like it is not the Browser :(.

-Well, actually I have never made this work it trough MS 365 Security.

I get for about a couple of Week another error that MS know this Issue and it is working on it.

Couple of Weeks later, this error disappear but this one comes.
I use before (and I confirm, that's steal working) this feature trough "Office 365 Security & Compliance\Threat management\ Attack simulator".

-No we don't change anything or add any APPs.

-My Account have the Global Administrator role since about two years.

-Also in to other Computer we (me and another Global Account) are getting the same result.

I have also now try with others "Technique" and "Payload" but getting the same result.

    Very appreciated for your Help.

    Best regards

    Mela

    Hi Mela,

Glad to help you here. I just tested this feature in my Security center, and it succeeded, so this issue should not be related to service. Sometimes, browser cache files(contains other credentials) might cause this kind of permission problem, therefore, to avoid the influence of browser and browser cache, I recommend you try to change a browser to test again, if problem persists, try to launch browser in InPrivate/Incognito window(no cache files).

If problem still exists, may I know if it occurs before? If it just occurred recently, to figure out what might cause it, please offer me below information.

    1. Did you modify any setting or add certain app recently?

    2. When was your account assigned the Global admin permission?

    3. If you try to launch attack simulator training in another computer, is the outcome different?

    Any updates are appreciated.

    Kind Regards,

    Betty
