SHAREPOINT VALIDATION CODE NEVER RECEIVED

Using 365 home and GoDaddy, received an email link to access third party SharePoint folder but have not received any validation codes.  Have already checked spam/junk/quarantine folders, tried message trace, and having the administrator send me a second email invite to the folders nothing has worked.   I am not receiving any messages from Microsoft or  SharePoint with a validation code

    Hi Ronda1091,

    I go through the post carefully, as for the issue, here are some suggestions:

    1. To check if the issue related to network environment, please change to another another network environment and check the result.
    2. The verification code was sent from ******@sharepointonline.com, please try add the address as a contact, then check if you can receive the code normally,

    Additionally, could you please share information below with us for further troubleshooting?

    1. Can you receive code if you open other files they shared with you?
    2. If they share with other users, can these users receive the code email?

    It took several hours but eventually received notification that the email had been quarantined, this did not initially show up in our quarantine files
