- To check if the issue related to network environment, please change to another another network environment and check the result.
- The verification code was sent from ******@sharepointonline.com, please try add the address as a contact, then check if you can receive the code normally,
Additionally, could you please share information below with us for further troubleshooting?
- Can you receive code if you open other files they shared with you?
- If they share with other users, can these users receive the code email?
