Hi everyone,
so previously i opened https://businessaccount.microsoft.com/
in the download and keys menu i want to generate my serial number key so that i can use my ms Project 2019 and Visio
but when i clicked the keys it didnt show anything, and when i tried to export all keys it showed an error like this below:
An error has occurred
We were unable to complete your request at this time.

That's the volume licensing portal - you'll need to contact volume licensing support. There should be a support link when you are logged in, or use https://licensing.microsoft.com/Customer/Portal...
