Android access to OneDrive

Question

When I try to access my account on my Android it states that my admin needs to assign me a SharePoint and a OneDrive license.

Thanks for the information.

To access OneDrive, you must have OneDrive license.  From the subscription page you provided, I understand you only have Power BI service assigned to your account.

If you wish to access OneDrive, you must contact your Microsoft 365 tenant admin and request them to assign a valid license. To access OneDrive for business, one must have OneDrive for Business Plan 1/2/ or Microsoft 365 business/enterprise plan. Microsoft 365 business/enterprise plans includes SharePoint online and OneDrive for business is the part of SharePoint online, please refer the screenshot below.

You may have received an email/reply to your question with a number suggesting that you call Microsoft. Do NOT call, it’s a scam. The phone number does not belong to Microsoft, the scam post has been deleted and the user’s profile is inactive now.

Please open a browser on any device (Android or computer), go to Office 365 portal, sign in with your work or school account, click OneDrive or SharePoint icon from the App launcher, check if you can access them without any error.

1. May I know how you access your account on OneDrive?
2. Please provide us with the screenshot of the page where you see the message.
