Hi all , Just last few months ago, we have notice ESP page seem to get stuck on device setup , Apps section. It seem to be stuck on installing office as per below. It shows Office is not installing , after 3 hour time out - it timeout with option to reset again in red screen.

Is this using the built-in Office 365 app? Some people prefer to package Office up as a Win32 app, which can work better and not timeout. Have you tested that?

Are you targeting anything else apart from apps to the autopilot dynamic device group?

I'm not able find in Admin Service health IT262216. Does that mean it is resolved by MS ?

Please click on "See past incidents/advisories" and it will access the Microsoft 365 admin center. Then click the Service health > History > Microsoft intune to check if there is some information about this IT number.

If there is no such information, it is suggested to create an online support ticket to confirm if this issue is sloved or if there is any method to fix it. It is free. Here is the online support link and hope it helpful.

I have not had the time to create the apps as win32 yet.
Below is an example of another failure. Is there a way move ahead get the apps installed from the below failure ?

@HarshaRatnayaka-8891 From the screen shot, it seems that there is something wrong in installing the win32 app. Based on previous information, you deployed two apps during autopilot. Is another app a win32 app? Could you please tell me which app you deployed?

The failed one is Snagit , This same app has been installed in other laptops without any issues. I think my question is is there a shortcut to trick to continue anyway ? as these causes delays for the user.

@HarshaRatnayaka-8891 If you want to continue the process even any error occurs, it is needed to set "Allow users to use device if installation error occurs" to "Yes" in ESP.

It will show the "continue anyway" botton in the device. Just link the following picture:

If we didn't configure this setting, there is no method to continue the process. It is needed to reset PC to start the ESP steps again. For the error about installing Snagit, please check the IME log.

Thanks for the detail info. Believe it or not tthat setting is the one i first checked. It is on YES. So i just dont know why.
