"Get Data from PDF" in Excel

GM!  I am trying to put a PDF file into an Excel spreadsheet.  Directions show go to Data, Get Data, then "From PDF"--however, "From PDF" is not an option I have.  I'm sure it is a setting I am missing; can anyone help?  As always, I appreciate your help!

    Open Excel, then go to File - Account

    On that page, what is the exact version of Office installed on your PC, is that 365, 2016 or 2019 and what is the exact Version No. or Build No?
