Password Reset Code Email NEVER arrives

I've been trying to reset my password for 2 days. The email containing the code to reset the password used to arrive after about 10 minutes, but then Microsoft would say the code had expired. So I would have to try again. Eventually, the email containing the code stopped arriving at all.

This is not an email issue. I've checked my Spam folders, and tested my email address by sending 3 different emails through 3 different email accounts. This is a Microsoft issue. I would like to live chat or speak to someone on the phone so I can get a code and enter it into the system within a timely manner before that code expires.

I'm unable to do any work at all because I cannot access any of the Microsoft 365 products for which we have paid. Please advise.

    Greetings.

    Excepting alternate email address, did you set up a mobile phone number before? And if you are not the admin, I suggest you contact the organization admin to help you reset the password. Or, call Microsoft Support.
