We have the CaptureOn Touch plug-in for Microsoft SharePoint installed on the scanner computer and have tried to configure it to connect to the SharePoint site per the Canon support website https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&id=ART170793&actp=search&viewlocale=en_US&searchid=1524677181679

So far I have not been able to get past the login settings screen which is giving the error message: ”The request failed with HTTP status 404: Not Found” when I enter the Document library URL

    Hi SuganyaD,

Firstly I'd like to make you aware of the spam post which you should've received an email saying to call the number. The post has been deleted. Please do not call to the number which is a spam.

Thank you for sharing the experience with us. From your description, it seems the issue happens when you try to use the CaptureOn Touch plug-in for Microsoft SharePoint with scanners computer to capture images and then send the images to SharePoint site.

(If I misunderstand anything, feel free to correct me.)

I would like to help, but considering it is a third party plug-in, I'm afraid that we have limited resource to check the login settings issue. Sorry for the inconvenience.

To make sure you get the dedicated assistance for the issue, I recommend you kindly contact Canon Support and I sincerely hope the issue can be solved by the experienced support.

Your understanding and patience is highly appreciated.

    Best Regards,

    Tina
