Multiple Accounts Causing Problems?

I have been having multiple Outlook problems for some time. I am a legacy OfficeLive user who was "transitioned" to Office365 quite a while back. When troubleshooting issues with my Outlook app. on my my Android phone over a year ago a tech. renamed one of the accounts with a new username and things were working fine until recently when new problems surfaced after an Android phone upgrade. The troubleshooting failed to correct the problem and a tech. from Outlook for Android instructed me, via the support chat function within the app., to clear data and then re-add my outlook account. After following these instructions the problem still persists and the chat string that was underway disappeared. Since then I have been trying to start a new support chat session with no response for two weeks now. I have tried other community forums and it really seems that  the root problem may be my multiple account situation, This suggestion has just been reinforced when I saw the error message at the top of following screen shot today. When I clicked on the link and entered the correct username and password for my Outlook account that is connected to Outlook on the Android device I received the error message that is in the screenshot in the reply to this post below. Note the url in the screen shot. I am absolutely certain that I entered the correct username and password - multiple times!  Can someone from MS please contact me ASAP to resolve my problems once and for all? I have been an MS user for 35 years! Thank you.
