“Session Host Pool Unavailable” in Azure Virtual Desktop

I have reinstalled the agent and opened the port to connect the host pool but still, the status is not changed. I have only one VM and which is not connecting with the host pool. The following link I found which I followed for troubleshooting:

    As confirmed by the Original poster on this Stack overflow thread, the issue was resolved with the creation of AD Domain.
