Subtitles search on SharePoint Site

In Microsoft Stream is possible to search on Video Subtitles. Is possible also for the Stream Videos embedded in SharePoint?

    Hi @MassignanPaolo-7198 ,

    Usually it is not supported in SPO to crawl assets that are not on the site, and we can't directly embed Stream Videos.

    I would suggest you create a new library and store viedos in this library, then you can ensure that viedos can be searched for sure and it's easy to manage.

    Ok, this means that i cannot use the subtitle automatic generation in SharePoint. (Because i don't have the possibility to embed directly Stream videos) Am i right?

    Thank you very much. Just a final question. When the subtitles are added to the video,
    the original video is not changed but added at realtime right?
    Should i create a modified video (with subtitles) with Stream and then upload it on SPO?
