I have just installed Microsoft 365 in my new Laptop using Windows 10 Pro for personal use. Unfortunately, I cannot directly convert my Excel doc to pdf using Acrobat PDF Maker.

The error message as below appeared.

I did ran as administrator but it still the same. All updates have been installed accordingly. It was working perfectly using my old laptop.

If you installed full feature software from your printer maker support, and as part of 365 you will have the MS Print to pdf available in any File>Print>printer selection.

Have you purchased an Adobe version or was PDFMaker included in some other utility? as its not part of 365. If it was part of some other utility uninstall that utility as PDFMaker has been known to cause problems

    Hi Polcouk,

Thanks for your advice, really appreciate it.

I bought Adobe Acrobat Pro XI and I believe that the Acrobat PDF Maker is comes together with it.

The Acrobat PDF Maker is fully function in Ms Worf but not in Excel.
