recently i formatted my pc "window 7 basic"
and when I went to install visual studio 2019 the installer downloads the files and goes to verification.
but it goes back to downloading the files and returns for verification and gives me an error saying:
it is not possible to download the installation files. check your internet connection and try again.
I'm connected to my cell phone's wifi via usb
I've tried deleting %temp% and redoing the process but nothing
(I've already tested it with 2017 and it gave the same thing)
and i'm sorry for the bad engles i'm using translator
my pc is:
2 gb ram
32 bits
300gb of available memory

Please check the Visual Studio 2019 system requirements and update your Windows 7 with the latest Windows Updates.
Meanwhile, please check if you have specialized anti-virus, app-blocker, or GPO phased permission software installed that maybe be blocking this installation. Please temporarily disable them and re-download the Visual Studio from Microsoft website to try again.
If it doesn’t work, please find the hosts file in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts, and add one line 23.77.21.104 aka.ms into it. Refer to the following link to see more Microsoft domains and add them into the allow list.

I haven't installed an antivirus yet and windows is in the latest version and I added the domain in the file but it still keeps restarting the download and in the end it shows that I'm disconnected
Do you have any error messages after disconnection? Please check your internet and ensure that you are in a stable network environment.
Besides, please try to change your wifi network from public to private and retry the installation.
what happens is that when I start the installer it starts the normal download, when it finishes it stays with the message "verifying" for a while and restarts the download again until it finishes downloading and the error appears (it is not possible to download the installation files . check your internet connection and try again.)
my internet connection is stable I tried to put it on a private network and it was the same thing
