Microsoft Dashboard has shrunk - please help!

My Microsoft Office Dashboard is so small, it's ineligble, even if I increase the view in settings to 150%. All other apps are the normal size, it's just the Microsoft dashboard which has shrunk. Any suggestions to fix this issue would be great, as I cannot actually use it.

Hi SharynSDGI,

Thank you for the reply and the information.

Please try to adjust the page size with your mouse’s scroll wheel – hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard and spin your mouse wheel back and forth until you find a text size that suits your needs.

If the issue persists, I am afraid it needs to reinstall it form your MS Store.

Best Regards,

May

    Hi May,

Thank you! I had tried all combinations but of course not that one.

    Much appreciated.

    Cheers

    Sharyn

    Hi May,

Thanks for your response. It's simply the app's dashboard. Using browsers is fine, but if I try to open any Office application through the Microsoft App from my taskbar, this is the size it now comes up as.

I have dual screens so you can see the comparison between the left (unreadable) and right.

I have tried increasing the font, however that increases everything, not just the Office app, therefore it's all out of proportion.

I'm not really too keen on uninstalling and reinstalling, so a different solution would be ideal if you have anything to offer. :-)

    Hi SharynSDGI,

So sorry for this inconvenience caused to you.

Since we have several Dashboards in Microsoft 365, for a better understanding of your situation, could you please share a screenshot of the problematic one?

Moreover, to narrow down this issue, you may also try to switch to another browser to see the result.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best Regards,

    May
