On Monday this week some Devices <100 the news and Interests suddenly changed to what appears to be Chinese. We have English and German language in use but all Clients are configured to be in the Region Germany by default.
It appears to be mostly on 20H2/21H1 Devices, at least that we know of. The problem also disappeared after a hour on some Devices but also reappears randomly again.
We are using Windows 10 Pro with all the patches from July (August is currently in Pilot). Im wondering what is causing this.

Are you using any VPN or Proxy?
Are you located in a Chinese speaking country?
Im not using any of these.
I believe this is a bug and I advise you to disconnect from internet and restart your PC and reconnect and see if the problem persist?
If not open start and search for feedback and open Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
This problem disappeared on all clients for no apparent reason.
