Hi Ahmed, it might be the reason the way quota has been set.
soft quota allows users to exceed the limit and hard quota block the user writes; what have you configured for this template ?

Hello,
I have an issue with our file server, we set a 1 GB quota to all users but we experienced the below issue
why the users exceeded the space while their quota is set to 1GB.
