Excel Vertical Axis Cross is not at 0, even if it's set to 0.

Hi! I got this plot from converting from a ".numbers" file into a ".xlsx" file since I moved to Windows 10. My problem is that the charts I have seem to have a -0.5 shift for the vertical axis cross. I've tried manually setting this to 0.0, but it didn't work. (see Figures 1 and 2)

What I had to do to work is to create a new plot for this, which seems to have the correct axis (see Figure 3). I want to know what could have gone wrong here, since I don't want to re-do all my graphs (plot of 1000+ data points) and also Excel currently does not support multi-chart editing for Axis options, so I'd have to manually change all 10+ charts that I have.

Figure 1. Chart with Vertical Axis Cross set to 0.00, but is at -0.50

Figure 2. Chart with Vertical Axis Cross set to 0.50, but is at 0.00

Figure 3. New Chart with Vertical Axis Cross set to 0.00, and is correctly at 0.00

Currently running on the following:

  • Dell XPS 15 9500 (2020) (i7-10875H, 32GB RAM, 512GB ROM, non-touchscreen)
  • Windows 10 Home Version 21H1 (Build 19043.985)
  • Microsoft® Excel® for Microsoft 365 MSO (16.0.14026.20202) 64-bit

    Hello, Sherwin Hugo Lu (stlu):

According to your description, we understand that there is a problem with the Excel Vertical Axis Cross display after you convert the file. There seems to be no problem with the newly created file in your test.

Please give us some time to test the situation you encountered. If possible, can you share your .number file with us so that we can better test.

At the same time, you can also try to log in to the network to see if it can be displayed normally.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Tin
