Hi,

  • If I create a forms with "everyone", users can vote twice and I don't get serious follow-up.
  • If I create a forms with "only members of the organization", I can check that there is only one answer per person and have the results clean

I would like to be able to have a form with the members of my organization and the guests in my organization (and them only). Is this possible? I can't find this option.

Thank for help

    Hi

Thanks for your answer and I voted.

My problem to be clear is in a Team Teams, I have members of the organization and guests.

Therefore, not all Teams users (logged in to their team) can participate in a survey? (members and guests)?

If we only have members, it should work but not if there are any events.

    That's right ?

    With sincerest regards,

    Hi Lionel PERES,

From your post, we understand you want to create two sharing links in Microsoft Forms, one with Anyone can response option and another with Only people in my organization can respondlink.

Both the options are available in Microsoft Forms. For detailed information, see Send a form and collect responses

If you need any help, let us know. Have a nice day and stay safe😊

    Regards,

    Neha

Hello and thank you for your answer, my English is not perfect and I expressed myself poorly.

I know exactly how to do these two options but a good need is between the two.

I would like to create a poll in a Teams team page and allow organization members + organization guests can respond.

And I can't seem to do that.If I take the members option, the guests cannot respond and if I take the "everyone" option, everyone can respond multiple times. This is my problem today.

    Hi Lionel PERES,

Thanks for the explanation. We understand the scenario but in Microsoft Forms, we can select One response per person only if we share the form with the people in the same organization. If we select Anyone can respond, One response per person options is not available.

We agree it is a useful feature and is very helpful for your requirement. In this regard, we would like to invite you to provide your feedback or vote in the following UserVoice post where other customers have requested the same feature. UserVoice is the best way to give the feedback to Product Group as it’s actively monitored by them and many new features have been implemented from our customers feedback.

Anonymous participants with one response per person.

    We appreciate your understanding.

    With sincerest regards,

    Neha
