    Hi NivekSui,

We understand your requirement, but in Microsoft forms, it is not possible to redirect user to specific URL.  We can only add the URL in a question and the user has to click the URL to open the webpage.

There is, however, a workaround, it may not be exactly what you wanted but you can consider this suggestion if it fits your requirement. If you want to create a form in a way when user selects “Yes”, the URL should appear and if selected “No”, the URL question will not appear. In this scenario, you can consider adding branching logic.

For this, create a Choice question, the options are Yes and No. Create another “Text” question, and enter URL. On the Choice question, set a branching, if user selects “Yes”, go to the URL question, if user selects “No”, go to different question.

Thanks for your co-operation and understanding.

    Kind regards,

    Neha
