Deleting a Class Notebook

I too am getting the same message "1 item wasn't deleted from Site Assets ... Cannot delete Site Notebook." I'm using a MacBook.  Help would be appreciated.

Thanks for posting in the community.

According to your description, I assume you have created a class notebook in Teams. The notebook is stored in the same name SharePoint site. For your requirement, I am afraid you are unable to delete the notebook individually. If you do want to delete it, you need to delete the team and all its contents. As a workaround, you could try to archive a team that’s no longer active.
