Admin Permission

Question

I'm the administrator for Microsoft 365. However, apparently I do not have admin role authority. Please help me gain access to admin roles.

@Rick Shema, CCM Thanks for posting in our Q&A. From your description, I know that you want to have a Microsoft 365 administrator account. If there is anything misunderstanding, feel free to let us know.

Generally, if you want an user account to be an administrator account, it is needed another administrator account to add the permission to the user account. Please refer to the video in the following link:

Sign in to Azure AD and look who is Global Administrator in your company.
