Hello, my work book currently has a front page and the idea is that there is a hyperlink that you can click on the front page that would redirect you to another sheet within the same workbook (the sheet having a more in depth detail than the overview. But I am unsure how to do it via sharepoint.

This is what I'm faced with but I'm unsure how to tell excel to link to a specific sheet through sharepoint. The names of the sheets I will be using will be called "Action (1)" then 2 ,3 etc  Im sure im missing somethign obvious but if you could advise would be appreciated

    Hi AI Chisholm,

Thank you for querying in this forum.

From your description, it seems that you have saved your workbook in SharePoint Online, then you want to use link to link to another sheet under the same workbook.

May I know if my understanding is right? If so, and if you just would like to create a hyperlink of the cell that link to another cells in another sheet under the same workbook in Excel for the web, you can try out the following method.

For example, if you want to create a hyperlink that link to Sheet 2, Aa cell when I click on “Click her” text in Sheet 1 A1 cell. As shown below:

In this scenario, you can go to Insert tab > Hyperlink > Place in this document > enter formula Sheet2!A1 (<Sheet name>!<Cell name>). Then a hyperlink (By default is blue text) will be created.

When you click Click here, Excel will automatically lead you to Sheet 2 and select A1 cell. As shown below:

If the scenario above is not consistent with yours, you can also post back and provide more details about your requirement.

    Best Regards,
    Sukie
