2020-10-21T23:53:41+00:00 The program works perfectly on my laptop computer, using the same Office 365 and also worked perfectly on this computer until June this year, so I don't understand why it is now not compatible on my desktop?

2020-10-22T00:12:31+00:00 Obviously you have installed the 64-bit version of Office and this requires updating all your API declarations, ActiveX controls, ...
The other option is to uninstall your current version and reinstall the 32-bit version. For most people, 95%+, there is little too be gained using the 64-bit version of Office. Unless you truly need it, simply switch and be done with the issue altogether.
