excel scatter plot

So I am doing time series analysis. But the date on x-axis aren't the one I have in my column. What do i do to get the correct dates? I have attached a pic.

Microsoft 365 and Office | Excel | For home | Windows

    The X-axis of an XY Scatter chart is always numeric; you cannot get it to display only the dates in your source data.

    If you want that, change the chart type to a line chart with markers only, no lines.

    Double-click the X-axis and specify that it is a Text Axis.

    I don't only want it to display dates. I want it to display the correct date from the source data. If you see my date starts from 3/31/2010 but the dates displayed on the chart are from 7/6/2009.

    You can double-click the X-axis and set the minimum and maximum to the appropriate dates (expressed as a number)
