I have multiple columns where Column B is a date and Column C is a name.  There are many duplicates in Column C and I want to remove the older duplicates, but based on the most recent date in Column B.

    Hi salynch51

    To better understand your request

    Could you please clarify,

What would be the output for the scenario in the picture below?

    Which rows would be deleted?

    Regards

    Jeovany

re:  remove dupes, keeping most recent date

"Remove Duplicates" is found on the Ribbon | Data (tab) | Data Tools (group)

Select both columns of the data before sorting and removal.
